Kusum Choudhary is a Certified Sustainability Coach and Civil Engineer with over two decades of rich experience in infrastructure development, contracts and arbitration, project execution, and strategic advisory. Throughout her career, she has worked with reputed infrastructure organizations across India, where she handled responsibilities ranging from project planning and implementation to contract negotiation, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

As an independent consultant, she has advised several organizations on legal and contractual matters, with a focus on arbitration, documentation, and risk mitigation. Her expertise extends to business strategy, tendering, cost control, and performance monitoring.

Alongside her professional journey, Kusum has successfully led entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development, skill development projects under NSDC, and infrastructure services. She combines practical field knowledge with strategic insight and is deeply committed to sustainable practices and long-term project value creation. Mr. Amresh Kumar Singh

Amresh Kumar Singh is a Highway construction expert with over 17 years of progressive experience in the highway and infrastructure sector. With a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, he has independently led several high-value national road projects from planning to completion. Renowned for his execution-focused approach, Mr. Singh has successfully managed all phases of project delivery, including construction supervision, material management, quality control, and site coordination.

He brings strong capabilities in stakeholder liaison to resolve bottlenecks, secure timely approvals, and maintain smooth project flow. From managing site teams to preparing technical documentation, he ensures that project goals are met with efficiency and precision.

He is especially known for his ability to deliver projects within tight timelines while upholding high standards of safety and quality. His extensive knowledge of IRC, MORTH, and IS codes, combined with his field experience, makes him an asset in ensuring operational efficiency and technical excellence at every stage of project execution.

Vikas Mishra

Sr. Project manager, A4R Infra

Vikas Mishra Vikas Mishra is a Graduate Civil Engineer with more than 24 years of hands-on experience in highway and expressway projects in India and Abroad. He has successfully managed large-scale infrastructure works including six-laning, greenfield expressways, and BOT-based highway development. His professional journey includes key roles such as Project Manager, Authority Engineer, and Assistant General Manager, where he was deeply involved in construction supervision, quality control, road safety, and field execution.

He has led teams across different terrains, ensuring compliance with MORTH, IRC, and ISO standards, and has contributed to prestigious projects under NHAI and international oil companies like ADNOC. His deep knowledge in pavement engineering, material testing, EPC coordination, and liaison with clients and consultants makes him a valuable leader in highway construction. He has played a key role in the successful completion of several multi-crore projects, maintaining strict timelines and quality benchmarks. His ability to handle end-to-end site operations and resolve ground-level challenges adds strong execution value to any infrastructure project.

Nitin Tyagi

Project Manager, A4R Infra

Nitin Tyagi is B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 25 years of hands-on experience across highways, expressways, airports, and high-rise buildings. He has led key packages of the Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway in Punjab (EPC under Bharatmala) and Haryana (HAM), delivered balance works on the Haridwar–Dehradun corridor (NH-58/NH-72), and earlier worked on the Yamuna Expressway and the IGI Airport expansion.

He is strong in site execution, quality control, safety, and contractor coordination. He manages drawings and document control, plans daily/weekly work, monitors manpower and equipment, checks measurements and bills, and closes snags on time. He has also worked on NHAI highway projects and understands client specifications and on-ground challenges well.

Avneesh Sharma

Head - Human Resources and Administration, A4R Infra

With more than 12 years in HR & Admin, he leads the full people cycle—workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, KRAs/KPIs, performance, training, engagement, and exits, backed by clear MIS and regular audits. He designs salary structures, synchronizes attendance with Accounts, and handles PF, ESIC, and PT for multi-location teams, keeping records accurate and audit-ready.

On the admin side, he manages medical insurance and claims, security and fleet, vendor contracts and renewals, travel and stay, office supplies, meeting support, and cash expenses. He keeps IDs and access cards in order and builds simple, transparent processes teams can follow. He also drives festivals, recognition programs (“Employee of the Year”), and CSR activities that strengthen culture. His style is people-first, process-driven, and focused on clear communication and timely delivery.

Niranjan Kumar

Project Manager -Operations & Maintenance, A4R Infra

With 14+ years of experience in highway asset management. He currently leads the PBMC O&M for the Hyderabad–Dindi (NH-765) corridor under NHAI, and has earlier managed the projects like Varanasi–Shaktinagar (SH-05A) Tollways and & (Bharatmala) with GR Infraprojects. His foundation spans billing and planning, site reporting, and maintenance execution across reputed highway contractors.

He is organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure, able to deliver quality results and clear reports on tight timelines. His other expertise includes preventive and routine maintenance planning, MIS reporting, budgeting and cost control, rate analysis and estimation, resource and safety planning. He prepares work programs, manages measurements and estimates for quick repairs, and coordinates materials and teams across locations to keep roads safe and service levels high.
